Process for Buying a Timeshare
- If you already know what timeshare you are looking for then take a look through our latest timeshare offers. If not then try the price comparison button to check an average price for what timeshare you think that you require, research the resorts and once you are happy then use the search option to find the resorts, time of year, size or budget that would suit you. Don’t worry if you cannot find the timeshare you are looking for just email us with your requirements and we will email you once anything that we believe would be right for you is advertised on the Timeshare Shopper web site. Remember that our timeshare to buy list is changing on a daily basis so it may not be long before what you are looking for appears on the site or comes up for auction.
- Should you find the timeshare week(s) that interest you, decide whether you would like to use the “Buy Now” option or would like to gamble and place a bid through the auction button. Once you have made your choice ~ make an offer! Remember the price guides on the listings are only an indication of what the timeshare seller would like for their week(s). All advertised prices are open to negotiation and all serious offers will be considered, which means you may buy a timeshare at a discounted price.
- We will contact the timeshare seller on your behalf and get an agreement in principle on price. Once an agreement is made you pay your monies due into the Trustee account either by Bank Transfer, Direct debit or send a cheque made payable to Resort Fiduciary Services Limited/Timeshare Shopper. All monies will be held by the Trustee until they receive confirmation that the timeshare week(s) have been successfully transferred into your name.
- Upon receipt and clearance of the monies you will receive full instructions on how to complete the transfer between the two parties. This will be conducted by the Timeshare Shopper Admin Team on your behalf for a small administration fee of only £299.00 per week purchased. This will be added to the purchase price.
If you aren’t ready to buy a timeshare it may be worth renting a timeshare so you can experience a resort before buying.
